Are you bringing any kids? I have a 12 year old son coming.

Glad you are bringing the kids along. I didn't think there would be many. I have to take my son out of school for 2 days. Don't you know he is heartbrokenover that!

You are going to love it! Everything is so easy. No figuring out which restaurant to go to or what to do, when you are on the boat, it is all right there. And if you don't like something you can do something else, you aren't stuck with something you don't like.

I'm looking forward to seeing you all! Less than 2 months to go, yeah! 

We are all very excited.  My 3 year old keeps telling everyone that we are going on a big white boat and has invited her teacher to come and wear her pirate costume.  I am a teacher, so we are off school that entire week, if no hurricanes come and close the schools for make up days.  Fingers crossed.  My son would love to miss school for it, he is no where near as excited.  I am hoping that will change. 

I know, I have a countdown on my home computer.  I tell my husband every day.  He is not as amused. 

That is so cute ! We are all very excited. I give the update to everyone else everyday too.

I see you are from Lakeland. I live in NC now, but moved here from Lakeland (Mulberry) 6 years ago. I lived there for 5 years. I am originally from Deltona. What is funny about it though is all of those years there, i didn't go on a cruise till 2 years ago and that you are now going on your first cruise. I would have went all the time had I known what a great time they are.

How funny.  My husband works in Mulberry at Mosaic.  we are very familiar with it.  The world is so small sometimes.

Hi from Columbus Ohio. My wife and I will be on this cruise . Our 18 Cruise and 8th on Carnival I think!  First time on this ship. Look forward to 5 fun days.  I understand this is an older ship but has recently been refurbished. Any questions let me know.

I see by your signature that you live in Lakeland.  We used to live in Lakeland, first I lived on Windsor, right off of S. Florida, and then after we were married, we lived up off of Duff Road in North Lakeland.  I used to be the assistant principal at Santa Fe Catholic High out on US92 and my husband used to work at Lake Gibson Middle School.

We live just north of Tampa now, but I still sometimes miss Lakeland...

If you look further up you will see that I made the same realization! I used to live in Mulberry right outside of Lakeland.
