Cocoa Beach in Port Canaveral, FL

I will be cruising on the Pride on 9/13/09.  Does anyone know what the difference is between the Ron Jon Cocoa Beach Shuttle shore tour and Fun & Sun Day at the Beach shore tour other than the price?   Looking for something fun to do in Port Canaveral.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you. I have a similar question in regards to the shuttle. I will be cruising on the Pride on 12/13/09. I was wondering if for 4 people it would be cheaper to take a taxi then spend $16 per person to take the shuttle. I have seen a map of Port Canaveral and its surroundings. Ron Jon Cocoa Beach doesn't look too far from the port. My concern is if it cost money to get onto the beach.

we live in orlando and the beach is free - open to the public. i have seen debarkcation tours, but forgot about the "port of call" for some cruise that start further north. the 16 dollar excursion says is for transportation only. thier are few pubs and charter fishing at port canaveral. other than ron jon surf shop thier is a grill known as coconuts, on the beach, next to the pier

an additional note. jetty park is a state park at the port. they do have a daily fee. the jetty's you will see upon entering before you dock in the turn basin. they have beach access , a camp ground. many people fish from the rocks. ect. maybe mile or two from the cruise terminal.
