Lands End Boat, Beach & Shopping

We just got back from the July 2nd sailing on the Elation. Our first cruise ever. We changed our minds about the Spirit in December and tried a shorter cruise first to see if we liked it.

We did this excursion and loved it. Our guide (Nacho) was great. We went out to Lands End on a catamaran....the service on the boat was excellent. Everyone in Mexico was happy to see the cruise boat and tourists.

After the catmaran we went to the beach resort. It was soooo hot. 100 degrees and almost 100% humidity. Honestly, 2 hrs was perfect. The food and service there was superb.

The only cheesy part was the 55 minute shopping at the end. They drop you off at a new mall in the hopes that you'll "return" there to shop at the mall the next time you go to Cabo. You just "go with the flow" and when it's all said and done you have over an hour to shop nearthe pier after they return you from your excursion.

Here's a couple of food pictures from the beach resort.

Nice to hear you enjoyed Cabo, hate to hear the 100 degree weather.  We are scheduled for the Aug 29th sailing and it will be an inferno down there.  For that reason I think we will book the Exclusive Resort Beach Getaway.  What resort did you guys lounge at the Beach?

    Thanks!

We were at the Baja Cantina, honestly all day in that heat wouldn't be fun! LOL! The moment you get out of the ocean you are roasting again. But I hear they have other things to do at those all day resort excursions.

Please report back, I'm interested to hear.
