Anyone know the differance between 8B, and 8D, balcony rooms?

It is which deck and the location on that deck that the cabin is located and the price they charge. The higher the deck the more they charge. Go to Carnival.com and pull up the deck plans for your ship and you will see.

Sounds like i was given an upgrade then.   Was guaranteed 8B, and given 8D.  Works for me.  Tks. for the info.
