My ship is in Nassau from 7am to 1pm - does anyone know if that is enough time to do the 4 hr aquaventure excursion to use the pools and waterslides?  Please advise.

If you book anything through Carnival, they will not let you book it without enough time to complete the excursion and get back in time to sail. No worries. If you go on your own, just be careful to go by the ship's time.

We just returned from our Destiny cruise yesterday which included Nassau.  We booked the Aquaventure through Carnival. The pools do not open until 9 AM and the slides do not open until 10 AM. If you leave Nassau at 1 PM, you will need to be back on the ship by at least 12:30, and traffic can be difficult. With as much as it costs (We did not feel it was worth the money.), I would advise against it.
