We are cruising on November 21, 2009 and can hardly wait! We're bringing our children (YIKES!) for the first time and we're just hoping they can keep up with us and our fun!

 how many children?  I'm sure they will have a GREAT time!  I know I feel like a kid waiting for christmas LOL.... it can't come quick enough

We have two children, our daughter is 15 (going on 25) and our son is a pretty laid back 11. The kids have both figured out "the countdown." I'm determined not to fall into that habit since if I just keep my nose to the grindstone at work and maintain my "taxi hours" for them, the cruise will be here before I know it. Each night though, we get on line and do a quick check of things...you tube videos...this blog...excursions etc. Can hardly wait!

We too are booked on Freedom Nov 21 09.  89 dazes and counting getting excited. We already have a couple of excursions booked already.  We are also part of the Travlin Turkeys on a different thread and we have a get to gether planned for the day we board where everbody on this thread will be meeting somewhere around 230 in the afternoon at the aft pool bar for a meet and greet to get to know your shipmates. and to have a couple of adult beverages of course  Heres the web site http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=377 under the heading freedom sailing nov 21,09  in case you want to come join us.  Hope to see everyone there

I am ready to go. Myself , my husband and about six friends  that we always go with and some of there family. I have my count down in my purse on my refrigerator and hanging at work. We have been on a few cruises but have never been to costa rica or Panama so we are excited. Took a short three day last month because we just couldn't wait. Looking forward to the big screen tv outside. Can't wait to meet everyone. See ya soon. From Bonnie

 we don't think your crazy lol......   I need one at home as well, I know the days are not going fast enough.  I wish it were here, but then it would almost be over lol

 hey everyone are you ready to go yet.... 2 months..... I can't wait... I'm thinking it can't get here quick enough.

We are SO ready! Seems like there is hardly anyone watching the posts for this sailing though. Maybe it'll be just this small group of us.... Won't be any lounge chair fights on our sailing! LOL. Where are all of you from? We're from extreme Northern Indiana, about 6 miles from the Michigan border, and almost nearly in the center of that border with Michigan...very near a little town famous for it's university (Notre Dame!) We are hoping for glorious weather away from what is normally wet or snowy Thanksgivings in this lake-effect-snow-belt. : ) Can't wait to meet you all! Robyn & Bob

 we are from Michigan....near Lansing. Counting the days to enjoy some warm weather. My husband and I are celebrating 25 years of marriage, and our 8th crusie with carnival.  There are more than us though LOL.... there is a whole nother group on cruisecrititcs and another site.  But hey I will save you both a lounge chair hahaha.... always nice to sit in the sun with someone who likes to chat ..... that is the best part, meeting alot of new friends.   I have started to put a few summer things in my suitcase, God knows I don't need them in MI any longer (didn't really need them this summer)   hope to chat with you all real soon.

So if you live near Lansing does that make you Spartan fans? LOL- it's always better to ask! (That's ok if you are, some of our best friends are Spartans!) Yes, it's been a weird summer in our neck of the woods; we hardly had any hot weather at all! I am hoping to get a Kitchen Tour this cruise, even though I've heard that they aren't doing them anymore for hygenic reasons. Are you all planning any excursions? We're really only interested in the Panama Canal and plan to just take it easy in the other two ports of call. This will be our intense relaxation cruise! (Well, all except for having the children on board with us this time!) Can't wait to hear from more of our "Cruise Buddies for 11/21/09!!!
