My guess is that jnc1610 works for carnival because that is exactly what Carnival said to me. "Get Over It" I'll tell you that I am over it, and that IT is Carnival. Eight years as a customer and it's down to them in breach of contract. You can tell who works for Carnival on here and who doesn't. Because who in their right mind would spend hundreds of dollars on one thing and get something completely different in return and then say "Oh That's OK Money, My Time, and the place that I DON'T want to go to is ok with me." Only someone that has invested interest in the company would be ok with this. So JNC1610 you can be taken advantage of if you are ok with that. So I guess that I am just the exception to the rule when it comes to being taken advantage of and caring about what I purchase. This is my last cruise with them. This is why our country is so bad right now because of corporate greed. Carnival won't take the hit on docking fees that they paid to dock in Catalina. Sack up Carnival and stop being greedy and take the hit and give me what I paid for a cruise to Mexico. By the way team if you want to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau here is the link Carnival has a B- My company a Radio Promotion company has an A and yes my friends in Radio will know how bad I was treated by Carnival.
