This will be our 4th cruise on Glory, first Western Caribbean.  Took the kids (13 year old daughter and 15 year old daughter and her best friend also 15 years old) on last cruise July 4th this year and all had a blast.  We just booked this cruise last minute WITHOUT the kids!!!  Wooooohoooo!!!   We are driving down to Port Canaveral on Friday from Alabama and staying at The Radisson.  Had great rooms and excellent service there the last 3 times we stayed.   Met some great folks from Missouri on this board before our 2nd cruise and they joined us for our 3rd and now 4th cruise!

We will be staying at the Radisson too.  That is where we stayed at in June when we went on the Glory.  The night before the cruise is so fun there. Everyone is excited. Kinda like "middle-age spring break". lol

Looking very forward to meeting you and Diana.  This cruise is gonna be sooo much fun!   We have seen the Eastern Caribbean waters and can't wait to see the Western Caribbean.  See you in port on the Lido and then the fun can really begin!   Will be posting often and counting down the days!!! 

Hello D.K. -  I bet this re-do cruise is gonna make you just want to go on another one!  The bahama mamas at the Tiki Bar at the Radisson are great.  Experienced that a few times  lol.  Since we just booked, the shuttle is pretty full.  We'll take a taxi to the port.  Cocoa Beach Taxi service is great - used them the last few times.  We plan to leave the Radisson about 11am.   Hope the weather is good and warm on Friday - maybe we can catch up with you at the Tiki Bar.  We will be arriving about 6pm or so.   Save me a bahama mama!

hubby and I with my sister and her hubby will be with you.  second cruise for us on glory and first cruise ever for them.  I was adopted and reunited with sister at age 36,  so the time together on this cruise will be awesome.  Hope to say Hi to all.

The count down is on Don and I can't wait. No kids this time, won't know how to act. See you all on board. Airline tickets, hotel reservation, transfers, did I forget anything?

23 days til we cruise, 22 days til we leave for the drive down, Car is ready, wife is ready, Im ready, 12 more days of work. Ohhhhhh baby Im so psyched. See you all soon

I am going on this cruise.  Will be my first.  I always wanted to go on a cruise, however, the oppotunity never arrived, until now.  I am going to be celebrating my birthday - WOW!  - I cant wait -  22 more days -  my sis and her son are cruising with me.  We live in central florida so we just have to drive over on saturday morning -

I have a quick question,  i have read all the talk, great info by the way - THANK YOU ALL -  my question is - I want to get my hair done for elegant night in the salon, do they also do makeup?  That would be awesome if they did.  can anyone enlighten me -  Thanks, and looking forward to meeting lots of new and fast friends on our journey through the sea!

my hubby, sister and her hubby will be with you as well.  second cruise for us on same ship and first cruise for them.. Having a little apprehension booking excursiions.  Not familiar with any of the sites.  But I am sure they will be great,  any suggestions. We went last year at thanksgiving week and there were so many children, it was hard to get in pool or whirlpool.  school was out, but I notice there seems to be quite a few folks bringing youngsters this cruise as well.  Nothing against children but they seemed to be unsupervised.  Oh well I just will have to havd a few DODs and nothing will bother me.

Thanks for the tips regarding the kids. I will be sailing with my 8 and 6 year old. It does seem like it may be a more subdued cruise, the week before the holiday and all. I am hoping the kids will want to go to Camp Carnival. Otherwise dad will be overwhelmed!! Thank goodness for the pool bar!!

Good to see some Steeler fans will also be on board!! Anyway, I look forward to meeting all of you!
