I've been looking and can't find the answer to this question.  Do they dock or tender in Cabo?

Tenders @ Cabo!

I checked on the RCL site and it says "Tendered", I would guess Carnival would have to do the same.

Pardon me.. but what is tendered?

A tender is a small boat used to bring passengers to the dock if the water is too shallow or coral reefs could be damaged by a large ship pulling directly to the dock.

Cabo is tenderd, we were there May of last year.  It is very effecent & did not take long. 

To hn2978....... Tendered is when the ship drops anchor away from the dock (normally ship to big or port shallow).  When it is a a dock the gangway goes from the ship to the land, but when tendered a smaller boat like a water taxi comes out & there is a small gangway goes to the boat (tender), it takes you to port.

Tried to post a good photo I have of the tender in Cabo, but I guess I don't know how.  If you want it I can e-mail a copy.

Yea that looks about right. I'll be going for the thrid time in three years on the elation to Cabo on 08/29! It's the best. Can't wait!
