We will leave GA around 2pm on Saturday the 12th, drive to around Lake City FL.  On Sunday we plan to drive on in to Ft. Lauderdale.  We have a hotel booked for Sunday night that offers the ability to leave our vehicle parked there for the cruise - so we also plan to board early!  Look out Mariner - Here we come!!!

Ok happy cruisers.......2 months from today we will be sailing away with smiling faces and DOD in our hands! Is everybody ready????? We sure are!!

Six of us are at a table tonight planning shore excursions... and wondering what the DODs will be ? <grin> (first timers on Miracle).

Hey where's everyone at - we are down to 54 days until we sail!!!!  Our group only has 52 days until we leave to begin our drive to Ft. Lauderdale - Look out Miracle - Here we come. 

 We've had this cruise booked for nearly a year and it's finally almost here.

Hey there....We are right there with you. Only 49 days till we start down to Fort Lauderdale. We too have had this cruise booked for almost a year. This month and a half will be the longest wait so far. We'll be on the Lido deck with the DOD (and I will have the umbrellas in my hair) in our hands and a huge smile on our faces. Hope we can all meet up sometime.

  Thanks for adding us. I saw our names on there this morning and got even more excited. I hope this next month goes by fast. All of our kids & their spouses and our grandkids will be here 4 days at Thanksgiving. Soooooo that should keep me pretty busy until then. After they leave my DH says all I have to do is think about and get ready for the cruise. Sounds good to me!!

Hi All!

I'm Larry.  I'm from up by Montgomery, AL.  This'll be my 4th cruise...3rd with CCL.  I'm 63, sailing single.  Sailed w/Grandeur of the Seas (Royal Carrib) in March 09, Carnival Glory in Oct 09, doing the Miracle this month out of NOLA and finally with the Miracle on this cruise.  I'm usually up on top walking laps by 630 or so.  Love the morning air, the coffee, and just the morning in general.  Has anyone spoken of a place where all on this thread will "meet and greet" AND if there's any single ladies in my age bracket, you might say "Howdy" ....a scant 30 days from now, we'll be ON OUR WAY to Panama...that's certainly a FIRST for me.   Cant wait!!   Yahhhhhhoooooooooooo   :-p
