That is awesome information. I looked around online and did not find anything on my own or on previous posts here. We are cruising in June and that looks like what we will use.

    Thanks for the info!

Have you used this service?  I looked it up on-line and it is about 1/2 price.  Just wondering where the lots are located.  LMP

     http://www.parkrideflyusa.com/mia-miami-airport-parking/cbm/parking_rates.php

That place is a park/sail facility that charges $10.50 a day, so for 5 day it would be $52.50 and a 7 day for $73.50

this thread just saved me about 80 bucks...thank you!  was trying to figure out if getting a hotel with free parking or renting a car was going to be cheaper and these parking options won big time.

Check this company out on Cruise Critic.  They have very negative reviews.  We used them in Ft Lauderdale and they were very very bad.  We waited for an hour for the shuttle to pick us up.  It was almost imposible to climb up into the van and they offered no step or assistance.  The cars were parked somewhere unknown and they lost our friend's keys.  I would suggest using caution.

Budster - couldn't you cite some thread or include a web address? First time readers could be misled if your comments don't include something that they can see or read for themselves. The vague reference makes your post appear deceptive. Thank you.

actually after his post i went to cruise critic and went to threads for ports in florida and found a thread on unitedairports and many people are unhappy with them and had damage to their cars, cars broken into, lost keys etc.  but also found many threads on hotels where rooms are between 50 and 80 bucks a night that have free parking and free shuttles to airports.  so before you jump down someone for a post they leave, use what information they give you and research it yourself.

I didn't mean to sound as if I was jumping down on his post.  I know some folks aren't as adept at surfing and wanted him to give more information to assist others while they were on this board. Help others to help others. I live in Miami and don't need the research other than to pass it on. If it came across as hard then I apologize, not my intent.

I used them last month, they were awesome! I had a little trouble finding the site and had to take a second look at your post. It's www.UnitedAirportParking.com and the phone number is 954-584-1589.

The savings of the $11 a day compared to the miami port charges of $20 was a huge break. This company does off port parking in Ft Lauderdale too. I plan on using them on a cruise going out in Feb 2010. Let you know how it works out.
