Hello!  I just booked this cruise and am very excited! My husband and I were suppose to be on the Splendor May 3rd for our 10th anniversary but with the Swine flu outbreak we opted to not visit the Pacific NW because we live in Seattle.  We are way overdue for a vacation!  I was wondering who else will be on this cruise? 

My family just rebooked our May 24 cruise and will now be going Oct.4.  It will be my husband and I and our 2 children. Our boy is 5 and our girl will be 3 when we go.  Also my in-laws are going with us.  Not excited about the long wait but time will go quickly and we will have a blast in October.

I think it will be great too!  It is just starting to warm up here so I thought we may as well wait until it starts to get cold again in the Fall.  It will be just me and my husband.  Our daughters ages 8 and 6 will be with Grandma for the week. 

 If you see some old ladies runing around in red hats please stop and say hi! There will 6 in my group.  They are  Ann, Jonna, Nora, Doty, Linda and myself Marlene.  And we are ready to have some fun.  Hope to see you.

That's great!  Sounds like a fun group!  We'll be sure to say hi.  I sure hope we get some more people on this board.  The roll call for my canceled trip had 43 pages! 

I was begining to think I scared everyone away.  Good to know we are not sailing alone. I hope to hear from more people also.

How is the Washington!  I grew up on the dry side of the Cascades!  My wife and I will be traveling with our 3 kids ages 14, 13 and 9. (Boy, Girl, Boy) and her best friend on this cruise.  We are first timers but really looking forward to the cruise!  Anyone else cruising with kids?

I have been away for a while, I'm not as excited about this cruise as I was for the one we were supposed to go on during the swine flu in May.  It was our 10-yr anniversary then and I was really looking forward to it.  I was like you, checking the roll call daily.  I know it will be lots of fun but I am just having a hard time getting into it!  The weather here has been 70-80 for the last week.  The 4th is suppose to be absolutely gorgeous!  We are taking our boat out crabbing this weekend.  Here's hoping we are stuffing our faces with Dungeness!!  Have a great weekend!
