2 days in Cabo, OK to get a hotel overnight?

Instead of going back to the ship at night when tendered for 2 days in Cabo, is it OK to get a hotel and stay over -- I've heard so much about Cabo evening views.  If OK, how does one make these arrangements with the ship?

Don't think much of the views (the Pacific side gets the sunset) but the nightclubs can get rowdy. Only bad thing is that they can be quiet-ish on weekdays and close early.

If OK, how does one make these arrangements with the ship?

    1. Get off the ship on the first day.
    2. Party in Cabo.
    3. Sleep in Cabo. Or not.
    4. Get on the ship the next day.

Not a big deal, other people will be doing it too. Just make sure to make that last tender.

Save your money. Were down in Cabo every year. Yes it is awsome, but your not going to get better views than the 360' from the ship. Plus an additional $200+ for a room your just going to pass out in. Either way have a Great time.

Great Info, maybe you can help us. We will be traveling in August, on Elation, staying in Cabos for two days...

How far are hotels from the port in Cabo?

How do people get to the Hotels, usually?taxi or walk

If you just want to relax on the beach, is there transportation to the beaches or is it walking distance?

Walking distance from the pier at which you will be dropped.

    Walk.

Walk to one of the beaches north of the marina, or take a water taxi to Lover's Beach.
