I see this post is old, so we hope you picked something fun and had a great time! I'd think any itinerary would be suitable for a group like that. We cruised to Bermuda a few years ago from Charleston, SC. The bumpy ride over the Gulf Stream was more than I expected, but Bermuda was fabulous once we got there :)
