Now thinking about it, I think maybe we should hold the Meet and greet on our first day at sea which is on Monday Nov 16th so that we aren't all rushing to meet up with one another.. I don't want anyone to have to rush to dinner. Do you think this would be alright? I know my friend Kermit will be very excited and he will want to check out the ship and all the hangout spots...

Im glad that you and the DH ended up making this weekend the final weekend @ the summer home. Sounds like the icing on the cake to me... No need to rush now... I wanna go and get a few more things this week for the cruise then I will be set. I need to get past this week and see Nov 1st. Once this happens I will officially hit vacation mode.. lol.  You are right, let the time fly.

Hey BFF.  Sounds like a plan to me!  First day at sea.  I want to check out the ship early on as well as Kermit.  I waited til almost the last day on the Miracle and I was sorry that I did not know of certain spots before.  Harry is usually our tour guide! 

I hear ya about Nove 1st.  This week is so busy at work that my head is spinning, next week is getting booked too and I even have some appointments for the week before the cruise, but I am going to try and keep that down to a minimum.  We waited all this time and now it is nuts, but A good nuts!

Helloooo!  Good for your guys.  I finished the laundry from the summer place about 11pm last night.  then I had to get out of the house by 4:45 this morning for the lovely drive to MD.  Rain, fog - just too m uch fun for one person.

It was great catching up with you guys too.  I still think that you should drive Sioux down to Miami so she can stow away and then come back and get her when the cruise is over!!!  17 days til we set sail, and 15 til I start vacation.  Can not get here soon enough.  Another long day. 

No problems on the pics and videos.  I will have them ready to roll on Turkey Day.  You guys will be sick of them before you leave.  HA!

I hope that you are working on the girls cruise for 2011.  I think we were going to Aruba????  Had to throw that it, sorry - NOT

Nice tips there Cruzjunkez... Also, you can have a wake up call whenever you would like.. I set the alarm clock to make sure I get up early enough for excursions and of course breakfast...

Here are a few more tips I found useful too.  If you have a plastic shoe holder that goes on the back of a door, this is very helpful.  You can put toiletries in the top pocket, like a brush, lotion etc. It helps with the clutter in the bathroom.  Then you can put your shoes in the rest of the holes to have more space in room.  If you are taveling with little ones, you can out their toys or crayons in the bottom pockets too.  Also, bringing a baby pool (little blowup) is very nice so the little one can splash and play.  Most cruise lines will not allow swim diapers so this is a nice way for the little one to cool off. If you are not bringing an alarm clock, set your TV to the channel that views the outside of the ship on the Lido deck 24/7.  When the sun rises on the Lido deck it will rise in your room too so you know it's morning time and don't sleep all day.  Take your own medicine boat med's are pricey and if it gets a little bumpy at sea the ship will sell completley out of sea sick med's.  So stock up.

Try hard not to overdo it in the next couple weeks... Im trying to have the same pep talk to myself lol.

Good morning BFF!  Hope your night went fast.  I'm a little tired myself this morning.

We are in 6324.  Not sure if I am going to put MHC on our door or not.  I read in some posts that people take them off the doors, so I haven't decided. 

Thanks for the advice, you are so right, but stuff keeps piling up.  I keep trying to get as much done as I can this week, so there will be less to do as we get closer, but it doesn't seem to work!  I'm going to keep plugging away at it though.  My goal is to get everything that needs to be done at home completed by the sunday before we leave so I can get to bed early and rest the week of.  Nothing worse that going on vacation exhausted and too tired to party!

Get some rest.  Another rainy day here which is perfect for sleeping!

Goodmorning BFF.... Yes, it's raining here too so I will sleep well this morning... It was a slow one, but the ending is swift. I will not put up alot of stuff on the door as I have heard that people do take things off. Maybe you and I could meet up before just to say hello. We can play that one by ear... We have been talking for ever lol. I don't want to overwhelm myself with things to do here, but I am working that thursday evening til 11. I have to come home and nap really quick so that I can be at Cleveland Hopkins Airport on time... I might just take that day off.. I haven't decided yet... Im soooooo ready my friend.

It is cloudy and I think that it finally stopped raining.  Boy did we get a lot of rain over the past few days.  Since we are both coming in the day before, we should be on board early.  Maybe we can pick a time and meet on the Lido deck before we sail off.  I'm trying to remember what time the drill is?  We are suppose to set sail at 4pm.  I know that the drill is before we leave, so I am trying to figure out if the drill is at 4pm and we leave right after that, or if the drill will be earlier and we actually leave at 4pm.  any idea?

If we do the drill at 4pm, maybe we can try and meet on the Lido deck at 3pm.  Give it some thought and let me know.  Either way is fine with me.  We usually go to the Lido deck for the party and stay there til we are out of the port.  Lots of excitement and fun that way.  No pressure, whatever you want to do, will work with me.

This week has been crazy and I am so ready to get the heck out of here and sail away!

Hope you have a good night at work.  I have a ton of work I have left to do and since I am on this site, it will be a long night ahead of me!

Goodmorning BFF... smiles.. Hope that you had a great day my friend. Just to  think that at this time in 2 weeks, I will be on my way to the airport heading for Miami for my overnight stay before the cruise. YAY!!!! Today was a beautiful day.. Although I didn't do much, I did enjoy it. Yes, we will be onboard early Saturday so maybe we could meet up on the deck for pics with our life jackets.. lol.. I just wanna meet you sooner.. I would like to arrange it for everyone, but I know that might be difficult. With everyone else, if we were all to meet on the first day @ sea it would give us the chance to be relaxed and have a good meeting. Im telling you Deb, as the days get near it's very crazy here @ work... If I wasn't cruising in a couple weeks, I think I would have a meltdown... This one couldn't have come at a better time. Hope you were able to get some of the stuff you needed to get done... I will chat with you later.. Happy Friday..

Good morning BFF.  I like when I look at the clock and it says 15 days, which means 13 days before my vacation starts.  It was a cloudy, drizzly day yesterday, but it looks like today will be nicer.  TGIF,  Boy has this been a crazy week at work.  I can not wait til 5pm today.  I hear ya about the meltdown.  I could of had one yesterday, it was that stressful, but I worked through it and went to bed early.  Now to just get through today.

What time is your flight due in on friday?  Ours is due at 2:30.  I don't know how close our hotels are to each other, but I know that we will be going across the street to the Bay market.  If you want we can exchange cell phone numbers and maybe meet for a drink.  I know that Harry will be crashing early, but I would be up for it.  Or we can just plan to meet early on board.  We will both be on board early, I am planning on going to the port around 10-10:30, so we should be on board by noon.  Whatever works - either way is fine with me.  I just want to get on that ship!

Off to work.  I hope that it goes fast and the weekend begins.

 Yup, everybody over here is starting to get cruise brain. Slowly but surely. Work production is starting to slip a little. I'm sure during the week of the cruise, work production will be non-existant. lol

I second that.  All that  can think about is cruising and I have so much work to do it is a shame.  I need to focus or it is only going to get worse with less than 2 weeks left for me.

Goodafternoon BFF... I love it also.. I have the same, 13 days that is.. The weather has been the same here... Im actually due to come into Miami @ 1210pm and I have a wait to check into my hotel... Check in isn't til 3 :( I know I will be a bit jet lagged here, so I will relax for the beginning.. I will have to wait for Kermitt to arrive in town.. He will be on an afternoon flight. I will be staying @ the Rodeway Inn.. Which is 10 mins away from the airport, and also really close to the pier.. I will be going to the Bay market also, so we can definately play that one by ear... I wanna give you my cell number anyways.. I will email it to ya. Would love to meet up with you early.. It can be BFF time.. YAY. I hope you have a quick day.. Im just waking up,  and i should still be sleep because I have a long night ahead of me but I just can't sleep... TTYL
