We are at the Marriott not far from the port at all. What part of Ohio are you from? I'm just south of Florence, KY.. Second cruise. My first was in July for mine and my sisters birthday! She turned 40 and I turned 45... 4 day cruise. It was great. 7 DAYS I can't wait for.. Need the break with work. Looking for some sun and warmth. Been raining here a lot.

 I am from canton its about 1 hour south of cleveland.I was on a cruise in 2005 with my2 grown daughters.We had to go around a hurricane so we were all seasick for most of cruise.Hoping not to get seasick this time.Got patches to wear this time.

HI all! There are two different roll calls for this trip so that might be some of the reason that not too many are here. We are soooooooo super excited about this trip. We have me, the hubby, and our best friends going. Needless to say we have been excited about this for about a year now. We are flying in from Maine to Ft. Lauderdale the night before and taking a limo to Miami the next morning. Shhh they don't know about the limo yet, its a surprise. It was much cheaper than the shuttle services from CCL so why not. I think we will probably be arriving at the port around 11:30. I know that is an hour early but from what I have read on these blogs its about the average time people show up. So far the weather looks great for our trip! What excursions has everyone signed up for? We are doing the ruins in Cozumel, Dolphin swim & Stingray city in the Cayman Islands, and Dunns Falls Ultimate beach break in Jamaca mon'.

Sherry are you sure you have the right ship?  This is for Carnival Glory sailing out of Cape Canaveral..headed to Nasua, St. Thomas, St. Martins????

Hey Girl...I am totally right there with you!!  You have a great time also!!!  My fiance's first cruise and only my second (my first was in Dec. 2004 so it has been 5 years)...we are both so totally excited.  I even went to his house last Sunday and got him all packed up...LOL!!!

Have been packing some this morning...... bathing suit seems to of gotten tighter since July.. .hmmmmm this isn't good.  LOL

My brother and I are traveling also. He is currently from DC and I live in Central Massachusetts.

This is the first cruise for the both of us. I guess we are celebrating that he ran a Marathon in DC last weekend.  Yay Larry ! ! ! 

I'm almost all packed...on nights from tonight until I leave on Thrus. morning and I didn't want to get caught at the last minute, just a few things hanging in the closet yet to pull ot and put in the bag...but all together in the closet so I don't have to look for them.  I'm soooo very excited!!  Yay for Larry...I could never run a Marathon, but I bet I can sprint up that gangplank

I'm already getting depressed for when they kick us off. I think I'll hide under the bed.

Last week they bumped me from a Cat 11 to a Cat 12, I havent told my husband or daughter yet.  They are going to be so surprised!! This is the first cruise for all 3 of us.  It makes all my overtime worth it. We are also going the day before and staying at the Radisson. Hoping to see a little of Cocoa Beach (Ron John's Surf Shop, etc) the night before. See you all there!!!!

Hey GG117 We are from Doylestown about 15 minutes from Canton! Are you guys driving or flying?  We are leaving thursday am and driving straight thru. there is a group of 21 of us going wide age range (13 - 66).  Cant wait till we board!! only 5 days left!!

WOW...21 are you going on a family reunion cruise?  We are talking about doing one of those to Alaska next year.  You are going to have so very much fun.  Are you chartering a bus for the drive down?
