Hi Sherry,

You'll love cruising, this will be our 4th. We've not been on the Liberty before. There will be 5 of us saling, myself Linda, my husband Pete, son Matthew (10) and one of our older sons (27) and our daughter in law. This is our older son and DIL's first cruise.

We have 4 going in our party. Myself, Mike (my husband) and Debbie and Adam our best friends. None of us have ever been on a cruise so we are really excited about the whole experience. Have you ever been on another cruise line before? Im already thinking about going on one with the family so I am trying to get the skinny on the perks of each.

Only I was many yrs ago with friends. I really prefer carnival. We love the great rates ( military discounts because my husband is a veteran) but overall the prices are much lower to. We didn't even book this with military rate because the early saver rates were better. The price for our cabin just came down $60. pp so I love the price guarantee to :)

My Family and I will be there. My 5th cruise, wifes 3rd and several others 4th cruise. It will be the first for my wife's parents, we have already got them excited. We have 15 in our group (ages 21-70) already booked, might be more by then though. Were looking forward to another wonderful time! See you all there

We are going on this cruise - myself, my parents, my sister and brother in-law and their two sons ages 12 and 8. My boyfriend and his son (11) will join us IF I can convince him to come along. (we just sailed on Carnival Triumph for Christmas and he's not ready to take another one just yet - would rather be in the woods hunting deer during the November rut - what a kill joy! ;-)

Just booked a forward balcony for this cruise. I'm taking my daughter for her 18th birthday. She's never been on a cruise and I've only been once before, a three nighter to Ensenada. This will be a surprise for her. She's not going to know where we're going until we show up at the port! I'm excited.

She will have a great time, we took our first cruise with our daughter last november and she could not believe how much she enjoyed the trip. The service was great thanks to Bea our room steward and Edwin our diner waiter. Plan on having a great time and wonderful service.

Yes we're going to celebrate DH's 60th b-day! Can't think of a better way. I asked him what kind of trip he wanted - he said somewhere warm and relaxing...we've done Carnival's Eastern Med cruise and for the price this line can't be beat! Very excited - flights are booked as is the swanky hotel the night before!

I have a question regarding the formal nights on the Liberty. I think I'd like to try and do at least one of them (do I understand correctly that there are two?), but I don't want to drag along a sport coat or suit for just that. Will I be severly out of place with slacks and a shirt?

My daughter is not much on dressing up, and since this is going to be a surprise I can't get too specific with her...what would anyone suggest that I tell her to bring?

Since its going to be a surprise, buy her a dress and surprise her with it. That way you won't give anything away.
