Hey, Joan!  What cat room do you have?  I can't say we'll do our best to keep the ship clean (a few Monkeyheads may get in the way!), but Carnival does a really good job of cleaning up!

Americana, we can celebrate our anniversary and your honeymoon!  How long have you been married to finally be taking your honeymoon?  We'd really like to meet up!

We came so close to going to Galveston ourselves last weekend.  Mike has a really good friend from work who we finally were able to talk into taking a cruise, only he didn't wait to cruise with us.  He and his family left last Sunday!  We'd love to go meet them when they get back this Friday, but with Father's Day and everything, we won't be able to do that.  Will have to try the webcam thing.  Do you use the one on the Port of Galveston page?

WE BOOKED THIS CRUISE ALMOST A YEAR AGO AN SO READY FOR IT WE COULD NOT WAIT. SO WE BOOKED A CRUISE FOR JULY 11 OUT OF NEW ORLEANS ON THE FANTASY BUT WITH KIDS. THIS ONE WILL BE ALL ADULTS FOR US. THIS IS OUR FIRST TIME BACK ON CONQUEST SINCE IT LEFT NEW ORLEANS AFTER KATRINA. THIS IS THE SHIP WE TOOK OUR VERY FIRST CRUISE ON.

 We were married in Feb 2006. We were married on a Wednesday and spent the rest of the week moving. My wife's boss gave us a night at the Marriot on the river walk on saturday.

 Ok this cruise has got to be filling up. Let's here from you all. 

Me and my BF are cruising also on 11/29/09, it's his birthday, his first cruise, and first time out of the country!  It's my 3rd Carnival cruise, it's been way too long, and I can't wait!  We're from Austin, TX (Hook 'em!), and will be driving to Galveston on the morning of the 29th.  Can't wait to meet everyone and have a great trip!

Hi guys!  Getting in late to this party.  I have been on Cruise Critic as well.  We live in Houston and are booked in an Empress Deck balcony.  I can't tell you how much I love Carnival being in my back yard

We recently visited Galveston and are happy to report that the city is bouncing back nicely and is still a great cruise port.  We stayed at the Hotel Galvez.  Recently renovated and part of Historical Hotels of the World.  It was great.

 The Conquest looks great as well.  She recently had her face lift and I totally approve it!

I cannot wait to meet all of you on board.

Perhaps my favorite place on the ship to have a meet and greet is around the casino bar which is on Deck 5.  There is abundant seating and near the place we can have a drink, a beer, or a coke.

Yea, that's great.  we will go back to the cabin and return our "fashionable" life vests to the closet and proceed to the casino bar.

 OK sounds like a plan. See you in 90 days.

Hey, you guys that have no pics!  How are we going to know it's you????  You can't go incognito!!  We can all wear Hawaiin leis or Hawaiin shirts or something.  What would be a good sign?  Or, how about an actual sign????
