My wife and I are going on our first cruise on October 30, 2008.  We booked as part of a group with Scruples.  It would be a great understatement if we said that we were excited.  I am looking forward to the food and meeting new people.  My wife, however, is looking forward to the rest and relaxation.  NO KIDS for 5 whole days .  Don't get me wrong, we love our kids but...well...you get the picture.  Looking forward to seeing all of you on board.

I too am on my first cruise with you.... I am celebrating my "40th" birthday with my best friend (since we were 4 yrs. old).  We are leaving men and kids at home....

 We are looking forward to both the fun and the relaxation!!!!!!!!!!

Are you flying in the day of the cruise or before?  We are flying in on Wednesday...

We too are doing the costume thing.  So what exactly is "Scruples"?

Scruples is ahair colr manufacturer...my wife is a cosmotologist and scruples is having a hair show on board...we too are flying in on wednesday...we are staying at a hotel in Pampono Beach on that night...Here is how to recognize me, when we board on the 30th, I will have a VERY loud green Hawaiian shirt...I am also short and kinda loud myself.  Or  could email you a pic of my wife and I. Hello all! I to am a first timer! My anniversary is Halloween! But my husband will not be with me as he passed away this April 14, 2008 after a 7month battle with blood cancer. So my sister and my best friend decided that I should not be alone and that we should do something that he always wanted to do and that was to go on a cruise, so guys here we come! Dont know how I will be on that day but hopefully I will be able to enjoy most of the cruise, I will miss him an awful lot! I hope to meet you all! Cathy B

Thank you my new dear young friend I will take you up on the drink, and I am old enough to be your mother I am sure! As far as meeting me a new man, I lost the best man in the world in April and don't think I will ever be able to replace him or want to for that matter. You see my husband died 4-14-08 and this cruise is kinda of a celebration to him our anniversay is on halloween! So that should tell you what kinda crazy couple we were. This will be my first without him so find me and buy me that drink for him!

I was the lucky one, After my first marriage I stayed single for 10 years and then he walked into my life for the next 13 we were never apart until the end. And then it was just as he wanted just the two of us. His final words to me were "I Love You, Cathy" what better ending to a fabulous love!  Now lets get you on this cruise and find someone extra special! Has anyone any idea what the weather will be like this time of year in the Bahamas? Cause right now its cold in the Carolinas!

Looks like a lot of folks from Scruples are you guys vacationing or doing a hair show? Either way it hopefully will be a great cruise! Has anyone checked on the weather? My son just returned from their honeymoon cruise that I gave them as a wedding gift and they said it was very muggy in the Bahamas? Weather update please anyone?

We are doing a little of both of course my husband is going to be doing more vacationing!!!

The weather is going to be around 80 degrees and looks like a chance of rain in both ports more in Cozumel than in Key West. But the lows in both are in the 70's.
