THE CHOCOLATE MARTINI

1/2 OZ VODKA

3/4 OZ GODIVA CHOCOLATE  LIQUER

1/4 OZ KAHLUA

1/4 OZ BAILEYS

IN A MIXING TIN SHAKE INGREDIENTS W/ 3 OZ OF CREAM OR MILK

STRAIN INTO MARTINI GLASS.

(DO IT LIKE A PROFESSIONAL & TAKE SOME CHOCOLATE SYRUP & SWIRL THE INSIDE OF MARTINI GLASS BEFORE STRAINING IN DRINK). CHEERS!!!!!!!!

But I made it up on the Baily's and Kahlua! LOL!

Way to go Cruiser4Life, I'm going to grab a bottle of Godiva (which I'm out of) so I can kick back with a Chocolate Martini for the Debate tonight (on TV folks, not here - I hope we're over that).

I'm just going to supersize the recipe (by 4 for easier math computations) and substitute the Martini glass with a Highball glass so I don't have to get up for a refill too frequently.

I LOVE THE WAY YOU THINK BROTHER!

 As a bartender I use about the same recipe at work. However, I like to use a vanilla flavored vodka instead of plain (you can go Absolut or Stoli). Also, if you don't want to splurge for the more expensive Godiva liquor then you can just use Dark Creme de Coca. Don't use the white because it will seperate after you shake it. I never get complaints.

 Also for a good Espresso Martini substitute a shot of espresso for the Creme de Coca (or Godiva).

Once I can see straight again, and sober up a bit so I can write, I'll have to come back and copy as many of these recipes down as I can before I can't write again.....Salude!!!!

So you don't have to sober up to much if you would like I can send you a copy of my list I have started. I started making a list of all the ones I found on here so I will know which one to start with on my cruise in Dec.

Phil writes   "Once I can see straight again....."   Phil, I think the problem is that your glassses are on crooked.   Fix them, and ya might be able to see straight again without having to sober up.   Just a thought.
