Hey - check out Trip Advisor at www.tripadvisor.com and search zip line tours in Cabo.  They usually have some pretty reliable information.  You can read about peoples experiences with the tours and which tour operator they used.

I've heard Puerta Vallarta is much better than Cabo.  PV is green forest but Cabo is desert.  Both are fun according to things I've read but PV is prettier.

    Re: zip lines in Cabo

I just had a co-worker come back from this cruise and they did the zip line in Cabo.  She said it was awesome.  Her 83 year old mother even did it!  There is a lot of climbing to get to the zip lines so tennis shoes are a must and shorts are okay depending on the weather. We're sailing on the October 19th and are considering this excursion.  Have a great time!
