do they dock overnight?????

i want to take a bahamas cruise in the near future can someone tell me if the ship actually docks overnight at the port?

Yes, it docks in Nassau overnight.

You get there about noon, and the ship will leave port about 6am the next morning.

Which ship are you talking about? We're booked on the Conquest and it is only in port during the daytime. 7AM to 5PM

I think they are talking about a shorter cruise, not the Conquest. There are a few 4 and 5 day cruises where the ship gets to Nassau in the day and leaves the next morning.

funshiplovr - At least the Sensation 4-day cruise DOES dock overnite, but be aware that it does leave at 6:30 or so the next morning. This does give you time to do several tours during the day AND go out a bit at nite. It also allows you to comfortably schedule independent tours without fear of missing the ship. You CAN return to the ship for Lunch and Dinner and leave again. ken
