    Re: midnight buffet

Once and it's worth going to. The presentation is worth staying up for. There are other venues for eating late if that's what you are worried about. The midnight buffet is awsome  in it's presentation. You can take pictures aabout 11:30 before you are actually allowed to eat any of the food.

Do they have a midnight buffet on every cruise or does it have to be a certain number of days to have this?

    Thanks!

    Re: midnight buffet

They have it on every ship.  Just check your capers and they will also announce it at dinner. Out of all the ships I have been on all of them have had a midnight buffet.  They are also very different from ship to ship.  Make sure you take your camera...then go eat!

    Enjoy!!

Less than 2 weeks ago I was on a 4-day cruise and they had some sort of late night dining every night from 11:30 to 1:00. Some nights its called "Late Night Bistro" another night it's "Late Night Buffet". I'm not sure what the differences were, but the Buffet did have a larger variety of chocolate desserts.

I went on my first cruise on the Inspiration a week ago and I can honestly say I slept maybe 4 hours a night from like 2:30-6:30. I came home and slept for 16 hours straight! Loved every minute of the cruise so much that I booked another one three days after we got home!

    Re: midnight buffet

They have one during the week. I think it was the same night as formal night (Sunday). It is a bit strange to walk through the line and have everyone just take pictures of  all of this beatiful food.  I just took pictures and did not go back to eat.

We are booked on the Glory in July of 2009. Being a teacher, I have to book things during school breaks and I also hate to fly so we book cruises in ports where we can drive.

I loved the Inspiration! The crew was wonderful and honestly other then a bad Carnival booked excursion in Grand Cayman ( discover cayman) I have nothing bad to say about the experience.
