    Rollcall; 11/15/09 - NYC

Anyone else out there sailing on one of the lone 2 sailings out of New York? I'm sooo darn excited. We haven't booked as of yet because we're going on our first cruise in September and being that I don't know if I'm going to get seasick (rides, swings and a few other things make me queasy), I don't want to book until we return and I'm positive I'd be willing and able to cruise again.

Who else will be the with me (providing my stomach doesn't out perform the Olympic gymnists lol)?

Hi I will be cruising out on 11-15-09 for my 4th carnival cruise. I can't wait to see this ship. I am leaving on September 1,2008 to cruise to Canada again and I can't wait for that on neither. You will have so much fun on your cruise. Keep in touch!

I'm actually looking more forward to this cruise than the one I'm taking in September. This cruise practically my whole family is coming with and we're also getting married. Can you say Stress??!!?? lol

The Dream will be a brand-spanking new ship that won't be sailing out of NYC again after those 2 trips. Kinda historic. Plus the design looks fabulous.

There's one aspect I haven't found out much information about though which is why I haven't booked our cabin yet. I'd like to see and/or hear about what the cove balcony rooms are. What makes it different from the regular balcony rooms.

Anyway, I'm excited already and if you find out anything about that room, please share.

I am booked with my group for the next sailing (11/23/2009) I am so excited!  I cruised in August on the Miracle and had a ball.  I think my sons are hooked, while we were getting off the ship they wanted to know when we would be cruising again.

I have already booked a cabin category 8E when they first put the ship on sale since I couldn't resist sailing on a brand new ship out of NY.  I had just noticed that Carnival added a 2 day cruise to nowhere on the 13th.  I am going to call Carnival and see if they will offer a reduced price if I add the 2 day to the existing 8 day.  The 2 day is pretty expensive so hopefully they will offer some deal to extend the trip.  Look forward to hopefully meeting all of you.  This will be my 1st Carnival cruise!

Yes, I noticed that new addition of the cruise to no where and YES, for some reason it is expensive!

Keep us posted if Carnival gives you a deal on the B2B

I'm still trying to figure out about Not getting a past guest discount on a Cat. 9A cabin. I know a suite or better doesn't qualify but had no idea about a balcony cabin.
