    Atlantis Hotel Room

Just curious has anyone ever purchaed a room there for the night while cruising, it seems you can get a room in the Beach Tower with taxes, etc. for $300 for the night and if 2 couples were chipping in $75 each not bad was just wondering if anyone would recommend doing that or has done that!

We booked a room at the Comfort Suites across the street which is less expensive and includes use of all the Atlantis ammentities.  I believe there is a limit on the number of people in the rooms so if it is 2 couples and kids you may have trouble.  We never even saw our room but it was much cheaper than booking Atlantis or through the ship.

How much is it to book Atlantis through the ship?  A room for April is $300 a night.

Check out the blog that reads Atlantis Paradise Island.  They are talking about renting a room at the Comfort Hotel across the street.  It seems like a room there is $106 and you get free addmission to the Atlantis Water Park.  They did mention another fee of $40.  But that's like $140 for all vs the high price that Carnival charges.  You can check out what Carnival charges by going to their website and checking out the shore excursions for Nassau.  I though it was outrageous like between $85 and $140 to do Atlantis.  It's like 3 or 4 dollar signs compared to $106 and everyone in the room goes for that one price.
