There are a few places on the main tourist drag Ave Mateo Lopez I think. Easy to spot, good food. Some people like to go to fish market and fish tacos though I never have. Like a good tourist, ask the locals. I've only stopped for tacos to be safe and found them very good and cheap.
El Cid on the main drag - Avenida Lopez Mateos. We have been eating there for years. It is the best! They also have marriachis there. You will love it. Also, if you go on the La Bufadora tour, any of the outdoor restaurants there are excellent and super inexpensive.
I have this same question???
One of the things I am looking most forward too is some excellent authentic mexican food.
Any Ideas!! Please help!!
Thanks
Madeline
