Yes I am looking forward to the Nov. 30 trip.. This is my 4 cruise, but my friends 1st. We will be celebrating our 50 and 51 st birthdays.

My husband's 51st birthday is Dec. 7th! I will be 51 and 3 months at the time of the cruise. He never lets me forget he is younger than I am. Haha! Hopefully the weather will be good in Nov. At least it won't be hurricane season.Glad to know there will be other people our age on the cruise. We really enjoyed our last cruise so, I am hoping this one will be good. Happy planning!

Yes, we booked in January for the Nov 30 Conquest cruise!  and no kids - ours are grown.

Can hardly wait, only 88 days and counting, LOL!  Anyone from San Antonio on this cruise?

We are booked also, just changed cabins to a balcony with the price drops.  Have you guys checked out www.cruisecritic.com, they have a roll call for all the ships, planned meetings, and stuff, there are a bunch of folks signed up for this cruise already.

We'll be there.  Checked in over on CC as well, but didn't know there were that many that had checked in over there as yet.  I haven't looked in on CC in a while.

Second cruise for us.  First time on Carnival, though.

This will be our first cruise, i hope it meets all our expectations. Kind of nervous though, not sure what to expect. We did upgrade to a balcony room, everyone told us not to go with an inside room. Said it would be much more enjoyable.

we too are going nov. 30th (last day of hurricane season). i booked it when we got back from our march 2008 cruise. this will be #8 for us (7 with carnival) first time on such a big ship. we did the little celebration twice, inspiration, sensation, ecstasy twice. also rhapsoody of sea which is RC. i think it is just smaller than conquest.

we are next door neighbors to new orleans but i really like the galveston port better. now it will be a new experience either going to bayport terminal or the new route to galveston other than the beach road/ferry.

november is a nice time to go. in the past the ship was decorated for christmas. our only other november cruise had alot of seniors and a convention of transvestites that kept things lively.

Sorry, I am taking all of my family this time. There will be 6 of us and the age runs from 47 to 20. My daughter and I took the $99 cruise to no-where. Spent two days at sea.

I was told that this ship is nice and the places of port are enjoyable. I will be celebrating my b-day on Dec. 2nd. and we are all looking forward to this cruise.

I was dyin' to do the $99 cruise, but no dice.  No birthdays, anniversaries, or graduations this time around for us, but we're having a milestone anniversary this year.  We're doing the cruise to celebrate, but we're waiting until the end of November in order to save money and avoid hurricane season.  The last time we cruised was 2005, after Katrina.  We're not stupid.

This is going to be my 4th cruise. They have all been on Carnival. I have never used this forum before. It looks like not very many people are using Roll-Call. I am very interested in meeting some different people this time. Does anyone want to meet? I think that it would be a blast to meet and share stories.

You are going to have a great time. Please dont be to disappointed about the balcony room,Unless you have a stateroom with a balcony.

I have no idea what your expectations are, but if you have some questions....I sure will try to answer them if I can. I have only cruised 4 times and they have all been with Carnival. I am by no means an expert but I have enjoyed my cruises and for the most part have been pleased.

Hope to run into yall on the cruise. I am cruising with my family this time. There will be 11 of us. All adults except for 3 Highschoolers.
