We are thinking about booking in January 2010 on the Dream. Saw a cruise for a balcony for $879 pp. The ship looks awesome! We called our PVP this morning but he is not working this weekend, so we will probably call some time this coming week.

booked also, going with several family members and friends, sure to have a great time, got balcony guarantee, can't wait to see what it will look like, but will have to, but oh well I still got my cruise on the Carnival Splendor in December this year.

yeah you can get a BL balcony guarentee for that rate which is a steal if uask me i wanted a new cove balcony but i would have to pay 50 more per person iv never gone with a guarentee b4 my pvp says it might work out better that way but we will see

Haven't officially booked yet, but dh and I are looking at one of those cove balcony cabins. Gotta LOVE those hot tubs hanging over the edge!! Can't wait to see this NEWEST ship in the fleet!

when i booked it was over a $1,000 for balcony guarantee and close to $800 for inside guarantee and i was told that the oceanview is completely sold out. Should i go through a PVP for this cruise or just stick with what I've got?

Ok I'm booked on this as well...got a great deal...can't wait....heading out on the Triumph Nov 16th of this year as well...who knows may do another one in between the Triumph and the Dream lol...

They are now offering military discounts on this cruise,just got a $231 reduction on my booking.

I have been checking from time to time for the military rate to be offered. I just called them and was told that it was not currently being offered. She told me that all the CAT 9 cabins were fully booked - so I asked it was being offered in any category. She said it was not. I asked her if it HAD been offered. She put me on hold for a few minutes, came back, and told me that it was only offered for a brief time in JUNE. I point out to her that bookings were not even opened up on this ship until JULY 1. She had no answer.

I'll call again later and see what the next person says.

hmmmmmmmmmmmm.....
