I see you have a good one also...I was hoping someone would post some negative replys also...but I guess there aren't any bad ones, which I find hard to believe. But as long as we get all the good ones listed here I'm sure any first time cruisers will find this very helpful. Not to mention that the company they work for may reward them for doing a good job. My PVP is also GREAT!! His name is Steve Kondorosi and is at x85509. After dealing with him for 3 years, he knows my voice when I call! I know there are lots of employees that are great and so far, they beat out the planners at RCCL by far. I called there to get catalogs 6 months ago and when I told them I had cruised with Carnival the agent said "Oh, I'm sorry" and that kind of made me mad. I waited and called 2 weeks ago to get 3rd person pricing for a cruise next year and the planner that I reached on the phone was no better. When I told him I had only cruised with Carnival he immediately said "WHY???" and I quickly told him that if there had not been an International Police Assoc. cruise 2 years ago on Carnival, to date I probably still would not have gotten on a ship and therefore I would not be calling him for pricing! He replied with "Oh, you're right" and that was it. I called their guest reations department and asked them how I could get 2 out of 2 people with the same attitude. If that is what they feel, I will never cruise with them! All she had to say was "They are not supposed to talk like that and she would file a report" Nothing more than that so I guess I will be booking next years cruise with Princess!

I have a great PVP... Gilberto Millayes ext 82994. I have used him for all my cruises on Carnival.  He even knows my voice - most of the time - . He even knows what dinner seating I like and  I am solo (which I am on Legend 9/28) I somehow get seated at a table with other singles....  great job!!!   I don't know if it Gilberto, the Maitre D' or a combination of the two, but it has been awesome.  He is excellent!!!!

Michael McCulloch is our PVP. He is WONDERFUL. mmcculloch@carnivalpvp.com. He is the nicest guy and such a pleasure to work with. He is the only one that I call and trust.

Is there any way to switch if you already have a PVP?  Ours is named Matt and he is not very good.  He has called us twice after we had already booked our cruise and wanted to know if we were ready to book yet.  This is our second cruise through him and he has never told us about any specials or extra things that he could offer us.  I had to look on the Carnival website to tell him that we were supposed to get an upgrade on this booking.  He doesn't do any of the things that everyone is saying their PVP does.  Since I plan on taking a lot more cruises with Carnival, I would like to find a better PVP.

You can switch anytime you want, as you see there are a lot of PVP which people hold in high regards on this thread, I use Shauna Lee Hicks and she calls to keep me informed of all specials and alert me of any price increases if I tell her what I am looking at in the future, but you can decide for yourself. You can switch anytime. Like I said above, I adore Steve (x85509). He goes way above and beyond! I am sure that any of the ones listed are just as good but if I were you, I would probably choose one from this list since they come so highly recommended! Why take a chance?

Thanks for everyone's responses.  It's good to know that I can switch, because my PVP is the only negative experience I have had with Carnival, and he really isn't that bad, he just doesn't remember me and doesn't know whether I've already booked a cruise with him or not, plus he never calls or emails me to tell me about specials.  I didn't know that PVPs did that for everyone else!

I just wanted to stick my 2 cents worth in....my PVP, Jose Santiago was on vacation when we were ready to book our Elation cruise, and Gilberto was covering for him. He was niceand got us  a good deal. We booked with him and he handed us back to Jose, didn't try to steal us away or anything.

If we didn't have Jose (who is an absolutely awesome PVP) we would have Gilberto
