Truly I don't mean any disrespect ! But ! My PVP is truly the best. I worked with him for months before even booking my first cruise, because I was scared about being confined on a ship knowing I couldn't leave whenever me or my children wanted to ( because with children you never know). I would always give him all of the info needed to book the cruise and when he was ready to give me my booking confirmation, I would tell him I'm still not sure and kept  giving  him another day and time to call me back and he always did. He never gave me an attitude about wasting his time. He stayed in touch with me, giving all kinds of information about why we would love this cruise and the many things onboard for the kids to do ( 8 & 13 yr old) now we are crusing June 19th can't wait !

Well, I have a PVP who contacted me after I signed up on this site and thats all fine except no matter what I do I have yet to be able to get her to pronounce my name correctly.  I know its no biggie but at the same time it is.  Stupid as it sounds I'm not comfortable entrusting her with all my plans etc not to mention the money.  I know, I'm being stupid.....

ok you guys sound like you have awesome PVP's... i used one for last Jan. cruise & she was great !  I lost her name and couldn't seem to find her for my next one...so I have a new one , now he is not all that great. I can talk to him today, give him all my information , and tomorrow it seems like he never talked to me... I think I am going to try one of the ones I have seen on here . I do like to book through Carnival and will always continue to do so.

We have worked with Gina Agosta as our PVP for the last 2 years.  We have been so impressed we have gone on 4 Carnival cruises with our 5th to be this October.  Gina is remembered on all of our Comment Cards for each cruise.  Gina, you're the best.

It's really comforting to know that Carnival has so many good PVP's. So, for those who've had less than favorable experiences with their PVPs, you should be comforted in knowing that you can request a switch and have a big choice of better PVPs available to you.

Has anyone ever used CJ Anderson or know anyone who has i called just to ask a few questions and thats who answered the phone. i told him when we book i would call him since he was so helpful i just am wondering if he is as good as everyone else's PVP's on here.

I'm so sorry for your loss.  I absolutely love Krystal Kaminski. I referred her to a friend who used her services. My friend said that Krystal was far better than her Carnival PVP.

OK, I have to add my 2 cents and tell you why our PVP is so special.

Thomas Burke  (EXT 86225)  is special for all the hard work he does for us.  And with 6 cruises this year alone...we keep him hopping.

But he is most special because of how he came to be our PVP.  We sailed on the Holiday   (we were still using a TA)   and had a small issue that we had written "Uncle Bob" about.   "Uncle Bob"  sent us a note saying that he  was sorry we had this issue and was going to have a PVP call me with "a deal" that he hoped would make us happy.

Three days later, Thomas called.  And we took him up on the "deal"  and have been booking with him ever since. 

Carnival used to give Freight Haulers the Interline Discount and Thomas handled that automatically without us having to go through a 3rd party.

He is wonderful!!
