Please give some ideas to do while in La Paz??  We will be there during the week of April 6th 2008 on the Sprit and want to know what excursion might be fun for a 15 year old girl.  Will the water temp be cold??  What about the outside temp???  Please advise as we are leaving in a little over 1 month 1week.

I am on the same cruise a week after you. As far as excursions for La Paz, my sister in law who was there last year stated not much to do other then the excursions they had online here. 

As far as outside temp, according to Carnivals website, all three ports will be in the mid-80s during the day. Very nice compared to the rainy weather we have had in So Cal lately.

We (my son and I) ended up staying on the ship that day. Many of my monkeyhead friends were a little disappointed with the day. It was a new stop and a little town that really wasn't ready for tourists. I am sure things have changed in a year.

We are going 4/5/09 and will stop in La Paz. How was your trip last year. Please give tips on what to do? Beach or town?

Well, depending on what you like to do, I heard town is the better option. Like my last entry, my son and I stayed on the ship and enjoyed the pool. I am sure it has changed in the last year, considering that it had just opened as a stop for Carnival not that long before we sailed.
