I am looking for the same thing. I have been to hotels in LA that keep your car while you fly out. I have not found any hotels in San Diego that will do the same thing. I am probably going to park it at one of the 2 lots across the street from the port. That is $15 a day.

    Re: San Diego Departure info

We sailed the Spirit out of San Diego on Feb 2nd and stayed at the Holiday Inn on the Bay.  The rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.  The nice thing is they are right across the street from the cruise terminal.  We didn't need to park our car since we flew in from Wisconsin but there is the cruise ship parking lot right next door to the hotel.  That is where we saw a bunch of people were parking their cars and then staying at the hotel.

Holiday Inn on the Bay has a snooze and cruise package but I think it's a little more expensive than parking in the lot next door....difference being that their lot is secure.  We did it in February and it was great, worth the difference in price and covered too!
