I sailed on the holiday on June 20-25 to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, I too o was nervous about the trip due to sooo many bad reviews but we had a blast! No bad smells no brown water no rough seas just perfect!! Cannot beleieve that anyone would have something bad to say about this ship. Have fun I wish we could go on this ship again.

Sit back and relax Andrews1465 you are on the down hill slide. We just got back yesterday and we had no funny smells,no brown water,no sea sick people and all the bad stuff that has been floating..,hehe, around here. We did however, have wonderful service everywhere we went on the ship, can't say enough about Jesus our cabin stewart, Jamie our head waiter and Martha the camp carnival youth director. Even the maintence personel doing the everyday things like painting,cleaning the people behind the scenes, if you would see them they were always very nice and would speak to you as you was their friend.

Thanks to everyone who has given me a peaceful mind. So ready. I have already started packing for me and my family. Visit this site everyday just to see if something new is posted. I am addicted to carnival already and I am not on the ship yet. Thanks again

We sailed the Holiday in May and just returned from our second sailing on June 29th. The ship is fine and we had no complaints. It is my 3rd trip on the Holiday. Embarkation was a breeze, so was debarkation. The ship does NOT smell bad and is in good shape. You will have a wonderful vacation! The staff is great and I like the smaller ship. It will be a shame when she leaves in November. Go on your cruise as a passenger and not a cruise critic and you will have a blast

My family is sailing on the same date. I am not worried about it. Your water at home can sometimes smell bad. I would guess that it is probably beyond the ship crew's control. Just because water smells bad, doesn't mean it is bad. But you can take some bottled water with to brush your teeth and drink in your cabin.

Sailing in about 8 weeks . So nervous after reading the reviews. Large group that I put together total I think we have 11cabins. Some have been on a cruise before some have not. I hope we get on the ship and it smooth sailing from the embarkment to shows to costumer service. Does the ship really smell bad,is the water really brown, is the water nasty? SHOULD I CHANGE SHIPS NOW? Is there any 1 else sailing on this Date who is nervous besides me.
