My apologies, Roy, for assuming no one was at the meet and greet. I guess we just took too long after the muster drill to make it to the 21st Century Lounge. Sorry that we missed getting to know you and your family. We had a terrific 1st cruise though, and met some nice people throughout the week. Since we appear to be good sailors (no seasickness!) we will cruise again! Still want to see more of New Orleans and since the Triumph has a longer cruise from New Orleans beginning in the near future, will try to book that one as soon as we have saved up for it. Just hate the flying where they cram you into the plane like sardines in a can.

Hey.. wait a sec. We were at the meet and greet. We meet Tiff and her husband and a few others. We stayed for about 15 minutes because the girls were ready to run around the ship and head over to check out Camp Carnival. The cruise was awesome. We had a few issues that I actually wrote Carnival about, but still had a wonderful time, especially for the Halloween Party. It was worth bringing the old man and old lady costumes out again. Congrats to Ashley and Ronnie for winning the costume contest. We tried, but they put up a big fight. lol.

Glad to have met you Ashley and Ronnie (Great zombies btw!- you deserved winning the costume contest!) I don't think anyone made it to the post-muster meet and greet as we were there and didn't see anyone. We did enjoy meeting aubreyh and her family at the Drury hotel and on the ship also. Had a great first cruise- need a longer cruise to try to see and do more on the ship though! Also would like more ports to visit. Since it seems we are good sailors (used Bonine and seabands and did not get seasick) we will probably go ahead and take the 14 day March cruise from Los Angeles to Hawaii and back. However, I hate being crammed into a plane like a sardine in a can so may consider driving to LA from here (Saskatchewan, Canada).

Would someone check out cabin V19 on the Verandah deck. This will be our first cabin with a balcony, and we are already very excited. We will be there in May, 2010. What do you think of the location, view, etc. Would appreciate any info you can pass on. Thanks.

Friggin AWESOME cruise! We miss the boat already! Thanks everyone who made it feel like home. I hate we missed the post-muster party, I curse being a woman sometimes ;-P

I didn't read all the threads but I have been on the Fantasy twice (I go again 12/10/09). Here are my pointers- Tip your room steward when you arrive- even if it is $5.00. You will be surprised at the service. Find your favorite bartender and give them a cash tip. Palm it. You will have the strongest and best drinks. You will be served before anyone else. The servers are prople too, far away from their homes. Take an interest, they love to tell you about their homes and famialies. Ask you head waiter "what is good tonight"? They know what is good. Try the Sushi, great before dinner with sake. (You will be weaving into dinner). Particapate in the games or videos. It is fun to watch yourself over and over on teh Carnival TV, and everyone recognizes you throughout the cruise. The Fantasy has the best wait staff of all the cruises I have been on. (Carnival, Royal C, Princess) I am green with envy. Have a great time. Return to the roll call when you comeback and let me know what is good and what is bad! Give me some tips! Especailly what you enjoyed eating and drinking. Bon voyage!

Thank you all SO much, we can't wait to celebrate with you guys! We decided to be totally cheesey and dress like tourists! He'll be wearing a fairly loud hawaiin print shirt and I'll wear muh tye-dye dress! Don't be afraid to get silly! Keep in mind most of your fellow cruisers you'll never see or hear from again! What happens on the boat, stays on the boat!!!

FOUR DAYS, guys!!!!

Man, this cruise is going to be great... Bobbi and I will see you guys in the 21st Century Bar after muster - we both can't wait to get this trip started. Not sure what we'll be wearing, but if I find out before Saturday I'll let you guys know. Besides, I'm 6'4", late-twenties and have a close-cut beard, I can't be TOO hard to spot in a crowd. WILL there be a crowd? Lots of people looking to take the post-muster edge off??

...maybe I'll wear that cowboy hat I'm wearing in my avatar picture. I usually consider it a little silly for in public but, hey - this is a FUN SHIP, right?!

Ashley - CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I'm so happy for you guys and I can't wait to congratulate you in person. we'll definitely be coming by to sign your door poster.

Roy & Carmen - I'll be looking out for you guys. We're planning on arriving at the terminal around 11:00 am. Were looking forward to meeting up after muster!!!

OMG!!! We leave for New Orleans Thursday morning... that's the day after tomorrow. Yay!!!!!!!!!!! I can hardly contain my excitement! We're all packed up and ready to go. I'm so ready!!!
