I am not sure if you have come over to cruisecritic.com, if not you should we have a large roll call over there. We are planning a cocktail party too if you are interested. We also have a facebook page under groups called Legend Cruisers.

Karaoke anyone! It’s what I’m looking forward to doing in the Firebird Lounge. Hope you’ll join me! This is my Wife’s and my second cruise. The first was on Carnival Fascination for our honeymoon. This time we are bring our just turned teen daughter. We hope there are others her age, so she won’t feel like she’s stuck with us “old geezers” all the time saying “it’s SO boring”. If you have a teenager, you’ll know what I mean. I’ve built a slideshow of all the “public areas” of the ship, and of all the decks which have the function rooms and facilities. That way, we will know the layout of the ship, and where to go, before we even step onboard. Sure would like to know more about the Circle “C” activities, so if some of you parents are experienced with it, please reply. We’re particularly interested in the onshore chaperone options (whether it includes choice of excursions, etc). A word of advice – be prepared to be put in a “sour” mood when you read the “Ticket Contract” fully. Doesn’t seem like a paying customer-oriented document, with the many indemnity clauses, restrictions, and cruise company “rights”, and VERY few customer rights. Also, be prepared for gratuity and surcharges up the "yin yang" and service staff who expect generous tips. Figure an extra $200 per day out-of-pocket expenses and that should cover it.

My wife of 34 years and I will be back on the Legend for the 2nd year in a row. We sailed January 4, 2009 and will be on board Jan 3, 2010. Great cruise. We have also purchsaed a room for our 22 y/o daughter and a friend. Can't wait. We are from Lexington, KY and will leave for Tampa on Saturday morning, and drive straight through and get a good nights rest prior to boarding.

my husband, 21 yr daughter, 19 yr old son and myself will be on this cruise also. this will be my 10th carnival cruise.

I am coming with my friend Linda and looking forward to it! Went on this same cruise on the Legend a few years ago. The only port that is different is Isla Roatan. I've heard it's beautiful. Can't wait!

LD I don't know if you have found your way to cruisecritic.com for our roll call over there but we also started a facebook group called Legend Cruisers under groups. We have a very active roll call at cruisecritic with almost 100 people going between adults and kids.

My husband and I will be there. Looking forward to it. My husband as been to Belize and Roatan. He had a blast at Roatan. He went there for R&R from his work there at Honduras. So I am really excited to see these places that he has seen. Hope to met you there on the cruise.
