Self Desembarkment

I was reading on one of the other ships that you can do self desembarkment. Does the Legend allow this? We have an early flight out of Tampa 11:40 and would like to be able to leave ship early.

Passengers Missing the Ship

I sailed on the 25 Oct sailing of the Legend. During the cruise, I heard that five people missed getting back to the ship on time and were left. I cannot remember what port we were at when that happened. Does anyone that took the cruise know what became of them? I heard it was a couple and three young women.

We bought a ring at DI in Mexico. We paid $1934.00 for the ring (72% off the retail price of $6900.00. What a RIPOFF did we get. After we got home, a diamond fell out and we had it appraised at $1000.00. Diamonds Int. just blow you off, for any kind return, and Carnival Cruise ought to be banned for support of such a company. Don't let Carnival's support of this company fool you, because we are the fool's. Read internet rewiews of this company--they are shocking.

What excursions do you recomment or not recommend??

We were thinking about taking a portable DVD player to hook up to our stateroom television and bringing some movies. We have the attachment for the TV and DVD player, but were wondering if the TVs might already be DVD-ready. Does anyone know about this?

Does the legend provide hair dryers in cabin bathrooms? I was reading somewhere that not all ships provide hair dryers.
