Hi, the address is anysoldier.com You have to go to the site and read. It will give you directions on how to adopt one. You have to choose a soldier and then request thier address. You then send them a letter and if they can they will write ytou back. Then go from there. Good Luck

If anyones sees a veteran today just say "Thank You",even if they are a stranger in uniform somewhere,in a parade.

Thank you!!! I would love to Cruise sometime to those Ports. I have been close, but never there. I am sure your weather is better than the 70 degrees we are at right now. Can't remember a "chiller 4th of July " in Ohio. Sweat's instead of bathing suit's!!!

Thank you both!! I agree that we tend to over-look those that have served our Country. Just found out a few weeks ago that Nora, my neighbor of 9 years was a WAC. Small world sometimes isn't it? Go figure that an Army and Air Force veteran can be best friends!! I know that my DS alway's gets Veterans Day off (works for the County) and my brother and I (both Vet's) never did. One year my DS and I decided that I would take the day off and we would go to the gambling boat in Indiana. We did not tell our DH's we were doing this! On the way down my DS told me, just don't win over $1,200.00 and no one has to know. Guess what?!? I won $1,600.00. Yes I had to fill out the tax form for Uncle Sam. Of course I had to tell my DH (who is a CPA) when it came tax time!!! He wasn't really amused!!!!

Use those days wisely. Can you stack the days together and maybe, just maybe, book another crusie with them?

Yep... even if I don't use them for a cruise, will use for a trip back home (So. California) first part of the year.
