Hi, I am a first time cruiser, my cruise is on Dec 14th on Paradise for 4 days to Baja, I am concerned about getting sea sick. I heard that the doctors on board can give you a anti-nausea injection or pills does anyone know the name of the pill or the injection?

Departing 11/08 on Legend for Western Caribbean. How does the Casino work as for Table games and slots. Is it coin/token for the slots S&S card for the tables, all cash, all S&S card...? Question #2, We have been told that it can get chilly on deck in the evenings. I understand that "chilly" can be a relative question but can someone with some cruise experience provide some insight. We are leaving on Nov. 1st, booked a Penthouse Suite. My husband and I and our 15, and 16 year old sons. 2 questions

1. Can we get a roll away bed, they won't sleep together.

2. Since we can bring a small cooler aboard, can we also bring on board 4 reuseable water bottles?

First, cruise on Carnival and already so much different than RCCL.

Can you take enough can sodas on the ship with you for your cabin??? I drink DietDr. Pepper only have to have at least 1 in the morning and 1 before bed!!No Joke or Bad headaches!!!! Know what I mean?

My husband and I are doing 2 back to back Dream Cruises...12 day Oct 15 Med then the 16 day Trans Atlantic. I've been told I can spend the day on board once we check through customs however; we want to do a shore excursion. Does Carnival not have some kind of excursion available for back to backers? I was told on the phone no....does anyone else know of any? Thank you, in advance:-)

I will be sailing on the Inspiration going to Cayman Islands/Mexico next week. I will be with my 14 old nephew. He does have a Passport. Do I need to bring any other documents for him??

While we were on our cruise 7/11/09 Carnival Fantasy, we won a cruise playing bingo (raffle tickets). I mailed all my info in and we have not heard anything back. Very concerned about it. Booking a future cruise while onboard?

I read on some treads awhile ago about booking a future cruise while onboard has some perks to it, I think an OBC. I can't find the thread now that I have a cruise August 31 & ready to set up the next one in April or May 2010. Can anyone tell me what they did? Do you book the actual cruise or just book a cruise & schedule it later? Have some family that might want to go so I need to be flexable on the actual date.

I noticed through emails and radio advertisements that another cruise line is selling 3rd through 8th guest accompaniments for $99 each.

Not that I want to share my suite with anybody else on my current cruise, but for future reference, does Carnival match offers like this?

I booked three cabins for our cruise in April, 2 under the past guest discounts and 1 under the military rate. At the time I booked through our PVP, we paid the balance in full and I even received emails confirming this. I received an email this morning asking for $400 more for the single room booked under the military rate. I don't kow why.

Anyone have any ideas what to do here? i tried to call my PVP, but had to leave amessge. waiting to hear back from her.

Charges for room service or certain food in dining room like Royal?

I am wondering if Carnival has implemented charging extra for steaks in the dining room as has Royal Caribbean? I read this today that it started in FEB. I also would like to know if the room service is extra during certain hours of the night? I am debating cruise lines for a cruise for next month and just want to know if Carnival does this like I have read RCCL does....

Passport question-Carnival please answer

This is copied from the Department of Homeland Security website. I am so confused. We have a family of 5 cruising and I do not want to spend $500 on passports or even $250 on passport cards if they aren't going to be required by the US government. From my understanding of this information it doesn't sound like they are required.

Please only Carnival representatives respond.

Cruise Passengers. U.S. and Canadian citizens arriving on cruises from Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, or the Caribbean will be able to enter or depart the country with proof of identity and citizenship, such as a birth certificate and government-issued photo ID. View complete list of acceptable documents at CBP.gov.

Please be aware that you may still be required to present a passport when you dock at a foreign port, depending on the islands or countries that your cruise ship is visiting. Check with your cruiseline to ensure you have the appropriate documents for the stops you’ll be making on your cruise.

Hello, We are cruising in May with my daughter and grandaughter who is only 6. They do not have passports, and my daughter does not want to get them since they will still not be required until June. My question, does my 6 year old grandaughter need a photo ID along with her birth certificate?

Rooming changes

I hope someone can answer this for me....we are a group that has 6 cabins reserved...none of which are adjoining. Five in the group are under 25 years old (17-22). The reservation is such that one adult (over 25) is in a room with an under 25 child. My question is...can we change the room assignments, at check-in, so the under 25s can be in their own room and the parents in their own room? Thanks!
