hello again...as i introduced before im going on my first cruise 4-23 fascination so excited...stateroom v16 however IM OBSESSED with this website i stare at the countdown, constantly reading the posts...im wondering if im this excited and never have gone and beliving it is as addicting as others say actual cruising is...my bank account needs to be a lil bit larger...i may just give up my shoe shopping!!

OK, another question. Does anyone know if you can purchase a time at the day spa to just use their accommadations such as steam room, hot tub, etc? I was able to do this on Norwegian but have not been able to get any info. other than massages, etc. on this cruiseline.

First of all with the formal nights do we have to dress up? Second my fiance and I plan on bringing a bottle of wine and champagne with us. The thing is we don't want to drink it in the bar or dining room. Are we able to have it in our room? And do they charge a fee for that?

My cousin and I are briging 1 bottle of wine each for our cruise in 3 days. Do I have to bring the kind with a cork in it? My cousin bought something with a screw on cap (I know kind of cheap but hey it gets the job done). As far as the bottle being in my checked luggage on the plane, do you think a corked bottle is better? Thanks

I'm Krystin, DH & I live near Houston, TX & are booked on the Conquest for sailing 10/17/2010! We are leaving the kids with grandparents.

I'm excited to have found this forum, though perhaps it would be better had I never found it, seeing as now I'll be on here everyday:). Anway, I just booked my husband and my first ever cruise a couple of weeks ago. We are doing the 5 nighter on the Inspiration out of Tampa. I'm very excited! Not only is this our first cruise this is our first vacation ever without kids (excluding exactly 2 short weekends away) in our 13 years of marriage. We didn't even have a honeymoon. We have 5 kids, our oldest being 12, so we NEED this time away, lol:) I'm thrilled and it's all I can think about. I'm thinking 3 months sounds far away I don't know how those of you that have a year to wait can handle it:) I'm looking forward to reading great advice and sharing the excitement. Have a great day!
