They will have info on the best palce. Before you leave make sure and buy some calling cards. They will be cheaper than waiting till you get there. Also we used our cell with no problems in Cozumel, Grand Cayman. Nassau and Freeport with no problem at all. You can go online and find out intl. cell phone rates. If I remember Mexico was .99 per min.
