If I don't use that code, the prices stayed the same, so I guess it is better if you just don't use the code.

Both of the cruises I am interested in are over $300 more using this code?!? Not a very good deal!

Mine had gone up $100.00 pp since I booked, but now there is only a $50.00 increase. Good luck to everyone else though. I can't complain at all since I got a fantastic rate when I booked months ago. Happy 4th to all.

It seems from all of the responses here that the rates for most cruises are rising. I booked my November cruise in Januuary thru Early Saver and the rates have gone up $175 pp since then. It has been suggested that in place of putting on a fuel surcharge, Carnival is changing rates to reflect the change in fuel costs. That is good for anyone who is already booked because your price is locked in. And with Early Saver it can only be adjusted down if the price drops below what you booked at. So I would suggest to anyone that is sitting on the fence: jump off and book already.

Same here. Gives me a higher rate, but if I check the rates for September 21st & 28th WITHOUT the code Carnival's lowest advertised rate is the same rate I paid. I still need to check the 25th (the 2nd leg of my B-2-B-2-B) and see if that cruise is cheaper.

Go through the motions of a new booking. When you get to the screen that has the prices for the different pricing options, there is a link that asks if you have a different fare code. Click that link and add the fare code.
