If you made your reservation by phone, you can not make payments online. Contact Carnival at 1-800 Carnival to apply a payment.

They can also assist in the additional booking, unless you want to work with someone that may be more receptive and customer service motivated.

You can call any PVP on 1-888-CARNIVAL. I never use one PVP... after I couldn't get hold of the original.

They all have your details on computer... they can all help you.

I have been trying to reach my vacation planner for days to book another room. I can't leave her a message because her mailbox is full. Can I just call carnival and talk to someone else or should I just keep on trying to reach her? I booked my cruise over the phone and when I tried to make a payment it said error. How am I suppose to make a payment if I can't reach the vacation planner. Can I mail in my payments then?
