 I think we may be in for the Triumph.  I was telling DH the price for a 1A last night and he figured the price was too good to turn down.  The girls want to go on a cruise for their Christmas present and DH figures at that price we'll pull the girls out of school for the week.  We won't book until after we get back from the Dream.  Going to see about the $100 voucher.

We walked up the hill to the old fort.  It is a national park, so admission was $3 (I think) .A  guided tour waas just starting  as we came through the gate.  It was led by one of the rangers.  He took us into parts of the fort that are not accessable unless you are with a guide.  The tour lasted about 45 mins and was very informative and interesting.  We went back to the ship for lunch.  the Baccardi wagon was at the terminal with some mini frozen samples.  I asked if you could get a tour of the factory  if you hadn't booked it through the ship.  You take a water taxi from the pier and once you get to the other side of the lagoon you get a transppport to the factory.  The tour is free and they give you 2 free drinks.  Total cost $10 pp.  our table mates had booked a tour which did basically the same thing for $42 pp.
