I would like to hear comments about the different ships people have been on...

which one is your favorite, and why??

I am going in 37 days on the Paradise...(this is my 3rd cruise with Carnival) ...but I am looking into booking another one for next yr...for me and my son. 

I would like one that has the new Carnival WaterWorks, and the outside Theater.

#1 ~ The Victory.  I have cruised on it three times and every time I board, the WOW of the ceiling in the grand atrium blows me away.  The picture below will give you an idea of that "Wow!"  The Victory now has the big screen theater, which I am not too crazy about.

#2 ~ The Imagination.  My first Carnival ship and I always feel at home and have a great time when on board, most recently for triple backs.  The Imagination does have the Carnival Waterworks.

The MS Freedom and The MS Triumph I like all the ships that takes me to a warm place . No Alaska thank you

if you are looking for a ship that has both the waterworks and the outside theater you are looking at the Splendor.

the waterworks are on the Fantasy class ships or will be once they finish the couple that still do not have it.  But they do not have the  Big screen outside.

now the Conquest class ships have the big screen TV but do not have the water works.

 also the Triumph class and the Destiny also have the  big screen

the spirit class do not have the water works or the big screen

Now I happen to prefer the Spirit class ships

Ditto.  If I want cold and beautiful I can stay home.

I love every one I have been on, but if forced to pick one, it would be Conquest. We just love everything about that ship.

Going on the newly reburbished Ecstacy in February. This will be our second time on her. Will also be on the brand new Dream in June.  Also have cruised on RCCL- Rhapsody Of The Seas and hated it. The ship was in bad need of refurbishment, and been on the Big Red Boat too, which was ok.. but Carnival will always be our #1 choice!

 The Miracle. Been on twice planning a 3rd. Just feel really comfortable on this ship. Plus it was my first cruise which got me hooked on cruising

yvillanua...........Cool!  Paradise was my first cruise ever!  My daughter and I sailed the Paradise spring break March 2004 and had such a great time.  I don't know if it has the new waterworks added on it yet.  Hey, call your PVP-if u have one-and ask, they will be happy to let u know.  Has your son cruised before, and what is his age?  He would have a blast!

I really love the Pride..   She is a beautiful ship.   However, my goal is to cruise on, at least, all the different category of Carnival ships if I cannot actually cruise of all of the different ships..

and my nieces...1ST!!!

I can't wait, its been really...really hard to keep this SECRET!!  the kids won't know until we drive up to port the day of the cruise!! ...cool hu?? im just not sure how me and my sister will pack for them without them knowing it.

I  love Carnival!!

My kids like the bigger ships because there are more activites for them, but my husband and I prefer the Fantasy class. Our favorite is the Inspiration out of Tampa. She was our first.

I look forward to trying out the Sensation in April and the Elation in June.

Sorry to the West Coast for losing the Elation but I am thrilled!!!!!!!

 My top 10 in favorite order. They are all great in their own ways but I miss the smaller ships. They have more of a close and comfortable feel. The older ships represent more of the traditional cruise experience instead of the "wow" and "oooh and aaah" effect.Just my take.
