    General (Ida) Storm question

It now appears that TS Ida will be well past the Yucatan in the Gulf of Mexico before the Fantasy sails Tuesday.  The problem is that Ida is expected to be due south of the departure port of Mobile at sailing.  Can anyone tell me the parameters of how bad the weather has to be at departure or between departure port and destination before Carnival cancels the cruise.  No one knows exactly where or how strong Ida will be Tuesday, but I'm wondering if we could arrive at embarcation only to be told the cruise is cancelled?
