Feedback would be constructive criticisms not the blanket rants you have posted numerous times regarding your unfortunate experiences on your voyage. Your experience does not seem to have been shared among most other reviewers. CCL is the world's most popular cruise line. Having said that, if CCL guest relations are as bad as you say, most people must just LOVE the horrible treament. BTW, a new ship and design in unsusually rough seas is not an indication of bad service, bad ship, etc. Any cruise review site will advise anyone that ANY ship's first voyages will not be 100% 'ship-shape'.
