Good Morning Everyone from Sunny and VERY windy SW Ohio. Suku,I can assure you I am having a very colorful day! I worked 11/2 hours yesterday raking my yard. Only got about a 1/3 of it done. Now this morning those "colorful" leaves are blowing back from the street curb passing by my window's and back into the yard!!! My real fear is that my neighbor next door has (or maybe by now had) a 4 foot deep,12 feet long line of leaf's he raked yesterday. With the winds coming out of the South,you can guess where they are going to blow to!! You got it,my yard!!! I guess that is the price we have to pay to get into the 60's today!!! I think I'll have to tell him to come collect his leaves. He is a good person and I am sure will help. His 2 girl's are in College now. I asked him yesterday where thety were. When they were little they would come and offer to rake for us for a quarter!! Of course,we gave them a $1.00. Yesterday I would have paid a kid $25.00 to rake! Jodi,I saw on your profile,your occupation is listed as EFDA. What does that stand for? I can tell by your post your are into farming somehow. Also the dates of your Cruises look like they are in tune to planting and harvesting season. Well hope you all enjoy your coffee and chores. I am off to the grocery soon. Check back later. He saw a listing that I had written out of a Photo that I was e-mailed that was taken in Boston. I sent it to Marlene,so I has listed the people so she would know which one was me. He asked me what Dh stood for.I told him dear husband. He said it stands for dumb husband!! LOL. This morning he had to go to work on a bis. He left saying, your Dh is leaving for work now.

Happy Saturday morning everyone ( too many names to remember, at my age.)LOL  Lorri and I just got off the phone, must have talked an hour and a half.  Suku and Barb, I tried to e-mail you yesterday but couldn't get it to go through.  Lorri told me this morning you have to have something in the subject line and I don't think I did. I was on this thing so long yesterday but battery ran out and I didn't feel like going in the other room where I could plug it in.  I have to go back and catch up on yesterdays chat spot and then it's ESPN game day.  Our game is an hour earlier today, South Bend doesn't change time.  Dottie ,  I am still trying to get down from that table. LOL

Good morning all.  Waiting for Mike to shower so we can go to Hollywood studios at Disney.  I have had such a fabulous time with Michael.  He heads back to work on Monday.  I believe this time off has been great for him.  He is getting excited about school (ole Miss) and getting his own apartment.  He has been on the "go" for nearly six years and just wants a little place where he can settle down and call home the next 4-6 years.  Although I haven't responded much to the post, I have been keeping up with almost everything.  Haven't seen Smitty--is he on his cruise??.  Getting ready to go.  Have a great day!  (Go Irish--Notre Dame, that is).

Just a couple more quick things to pass on before I leave to the store. Got my Cruise Travel Magazine and the Port of the month is New Orleans. Will read it when I get home. Also,there is a live web cam site for Bourbon Street in New Orleans. It is www.tropicalisle.com and click on live web cam. Will give you a feel for the City. Later!!

Much the same here, Jen's supervising the horses hay delivery at the moment, I'm on standby to help, then I've got some painting of walls to do, furniture to relocate, laundry, etc.  But great just the same!

Good afternoon all. I am back from the grocery a $183.00 poorer. Isn't that a Cruise? Of course, about $60.00 of it was for smokes,beer and cat food. I don't even have my cat anymore,but we have stray's that come to eat. Sitting here trying out the new Bud Light Wheat Beer. Very good and refreshing tasting. Was'nt sure if I would like it,but I do. Unfortunately it is a seasonal beer. Will have to stock up before it goes out of season,probably after Turkey Day would be my guess. Hey Max,what kind of horses do you have and how many? Dh's family used to have 8 draft horses that they used in the fields. They were truly gentle giants. Kind of scary when the walked behind you in the field's and  started to speed up!! Riding on them,not to mention getting up on them was another thing!! Oh well,I survived to Cruise!!!LOL. Need to finish taking things to the pantry. They had some really great deals today at the grocery. Got stuff to make lasagna with this week and other goodies. Of course, a pan of Lasagna will last Dh and I for a month!! Going to go outside and enjoy the nice weather while we have it. Later! P.S. I hope I don't end up in Kansas with the wind. I am only 104# at 5'4" tall. Maybe I need to tether my butt to the lawn chair!!
