 I liked the Lido deck so much that yesterday I called my PVP and changed myTriumph to cabin 9256, early dining seating.. this time we had late dinner but we decided it was too late for us.

Yep, we are chewing all options for 12/10, at least today when I get groceries (usually every friday) we have decided to take some cash back (we never do otherwise) each time and place in an envelope, I will get out my 'funship freddy' red crayon and mark 'Triumph' on that envelope!!

We're plannin' now, just want to decide how & when we want to pay, glad we have some time-hope to see you there!

 

Max-Dh and I having been doing something similar for over a decade. We started out with putting $5.00 each a week in a can. Figured it was one fast food lunch out a week each. We didn't really think about it being gone so we then increased it to $10.00 each a week. That is our fun money!! We use it for trip's,etc. It does build up pretty fast. Of course,I haven't worked since mid Jan. so I have not been putting in. He also stopped somewhere along the way. I use my money to pay any credit card bill's and I buy all the groceries each week with what I have built up in my checking. When we get back from trips, any left-over money goes back into the can. I think,Steve-o started to try this.

Hello there Linda, and Goodmorning. If you are interested in the Triumph cruise, im not sure if you know but the deposit for a 5 day cruise is 200. I have booked a Category 1A room and my cabin # is 2445. I always book these rooms because I usually go alone, and also it's the best bargin for your buck... All the Cat 1A rooms have double occupancy. They have interior rooms, rooms with both port hole windows and ocean view( larger) windows. For the Triumph, I only payed 442.77 for my cruise...

....the more posts I read, it seems that staying in a stateroom on one of the higher decks is the way to go.  I've never been higher than Empress.  I am trying to find out a way to stay on Panoramic Spa deck for 12/19 cruise of Dream, without paying too much more.  Right now they want $320 more....wish me luck as the cruise gets closer.  They have the same 10 rooms in that category still available every day.

Here's a question my son asked me. I'm sure one of you experienced cruisers will know the answer.  Is the sushi on the ship just fish?  What I mean is, are there foods added to it?  My son is a health food nut.  I say "nut" because he's obsessed!  He won't eat msg, high fructose corn syrup (which is in so many foods) or artificial sweeteners.  He asked me if the sushi is just fish or prepared with other foods.  I've never tried sushi so I'm not sure what he's talking about!  I told him I would ask the experts and get back to him.  Thanks!

No Linda, no noise at all, I change it cause the new one is close to where I stay this past cruise, and I loved it. close to the elevators, stairs, etc. almost no rocking. for this cabin I am paying 668 for the two of us. (because I am choosing the cabin) but I had decided that I will chose Lido deck from now on.

I am sorry Cindy, I am not a fan of sushi so I cant answer.. but for sure I know everything is cooked, nothing raw.. 

Mari, I'm leaving right about now to get grub, so the envelope will get it's first feeding when I get back, any extra$ will feed the cruise beast for sure!

We are likely to be there in our glory on the Triumph, we need to be redirected from a lot of recent family disappointment and senseless loss that didn't allow our true simple love & respect for others flourish as in years past!  This is the right place, and the right track, and apparently, the right time!

Nuff bout that for now!  Life's good!
