Easier said than done at times but a great shrink and good meds can help... I should know, I've been there.  Part of your sentance sounds like a freakin' AA meeting.  Try having someone beat the carp out of you for 14 years than tell me life is a dance.  Yeah, one where a person is trying to dodge the fists.  What the heck are you smoking this morning?   Please don't generalize those of us that have been there with saying depression can be overcome by being happy.   Geez freakin' louise.

Good morning everyone.  Another beautiful day here in Texas, should get up to 80+ today.  Max, I saw that Mari was going to e-mail you with our pvp information.  I had her card in front of me so  it is in your e-mail.  You will never be sorry if you use her, she is wonderful.  I just talked to her yesterday about booking another cruise Jan 18. I am waiting for the go ahead from Lorri.  We really love cruising together.  They are in Disney right now.  First day we didn't have to wake to the alarm clock, got up early anyway. LOL   31 days to cruise, I am now out of work mode, into cruise mode.  But then I am always in cruise mode.   envy you all, eating at the chocolate buffet or even warm chocolate melting cake.  I can't eat chocolate, it really messes me up, so I just look.  I did have warm chocolate melting cake once, and I though it was great.  I stay away from the chocolate buffet, but not by choice.
