Mangrove kayaks then snorkeling or clear kayaks & gumbalimba park?

I know it's unlikely for someone to have done both excursions in Roatan, but I'm trying to decide between these two. One is kayaking through mangroves then snorkeling then a drink in West End, and the other is kayaking and snorkeling in gumbalimba park. Has anyone taken either excursion and then spoken with someone who did the other? I'm wondering about the beaches, how much time you have in West End (i'm looking forward to going to the Lighthouse where they make the best ceviche I've ever had), and any other deciding factors. Thanks so much!
